Mr. Whitehead served in the General Counsel’s Office of Governor Ron DeSantis and has clerked on two federal courts, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit and the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims. He is a fellow of the Claremont Institute and James Wilson Institute. He is currently a Senior Fellow of the Hungary Foundation.
